The Online Booking Terms and Conditions below apply from February 1, 2017.
We ask you to read our Online Booking Terms and Conditions as well as our General Terms, as you will be required to confirm that you have read and understood them before your reservation is confirmed
Following these guidelines will help you understand what you can expect from us to understand what we need from you in order to successfully complete your reservation.
The Lingerie Restaurant reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time by simply posting the changes online on the Site, and it is Your sole responsibility to check and comply with them at each time of use. Use of the Site after the publication of the changes constitutes the acceptance of the updated wording of the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with the changes made or, generally, with the Terms of Use, you should immediately stop using The Site and the Services.
By accessing, using and downloading materials from the Site, the User agrees, in his name and / or on behalf of the entity on whose behalf he is acting, to comply punctually with the provisions of these Terms of Use, ensuring that he is able to act on behalf of The third party it represents, if that is the case.
APPLICABLE LAW AND FORUM
The Terms of Use, as well as the User's relationship with The Lingerie Restaurant pursuant thereto, are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Portugal. The User and The Lingerie Restaurant agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the county of PORTO the resolution of any legal issues resulting from the Terms of Use, without prejudice to applicable mandatory legal rules. Notwithstanding the foregoing, The Lingerie Restaurant may apply precautionary measures (or equivalent type of urgent legal compensation) in any jurisdiction.

If we collect personal information about you?
While searching on our website, we do not collect any personal information about you. The only means by which we receive any kind of personal information is in the case of providing us, through the contact page or reservation request.
To make a reservation we need some information about you, in order to be able to respond to your request in the most uniform way possible. This information can include details such as your name, email and mobile phone number. We forward the information to third parties only for the purpose of completing your request with us, providing you with the aforementioned services and with the objectives of the associated administration.
Where is your personal information stored?
All personal information is stored in secure databases in a secure environment to prevent unauthorized access.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit our website or send us emails, you are communicating with us electronically. In this way, you are accepting to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you via email or by posting news on this website. You agree that all agreements, news, disclosures and other communications that we provide electronically are in accordance with legal requirements and such communications will be in writing.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
All reservations are subject to a 30% deposit payment of the full amount of the reservation or the client can enjoy a discount for the pre-payment of the dinner in the online reservations.
Payment can be made by reference MB or Paypal (Visa and Mastercard).
The payment invoice will be issued on the day of service after registration of the products in the POS. If the customer intends to invoice with NIF / NIPC, the NIF must do so at the beginning of the dinner.
Dinner is always paid before service. Customer can pay at the time of booking or upon arrival at the restaurant. Also upon arrival, at the time of payment, it will be the moment where we take the order of which main dish (Fish, Meat or Vegetarian). To speed up the process we ask that you have already consulted the menu and chosen the dish.
Suggestion: The person in charge of the group should gather the payment of all the elements and ask what the main dish is intended ... (if it is meat ask also if they like the meat Well, On the Point or Mal Pasada)
SCHEDULES AND TURNOVER
The client is obliged to respect the opening and closing times of the shifts, previously announced for the proper functioning of the restaurant. The fact that there are unforeseen circumstances will not justify the delays that could harm the service to other customers.
CANCELLATIONS
The total or partial cancellation procedure (reduction of the number of persons, previously reserved) must be done by e-mail, responding to your original reservation.

Cancellation If the cancellation information occurs up to 7 days before the date of the dinner, the possibility of rescheduling for another date to be agreed between the parties will be given.
If the total or partial cancellation information occurs during the week prior to the dinner date (less than 7 days), 30% of the reservation amount will be withheld. The same is true for reservations that are made in the week preceding the dinner date (less than 7 days) and which are canceled in full or in part.
The reservation amount is non-refundable in case of no-show.
MINORS
The restaurant is for people over 18 years of age, however, minors may dine as long as they are accompanied by parents or adults who provide a written statement from the child's parents.
Children under 12 years old are not accepted even if accompanied by parents or guardians.
NOTORIJLY EMBRIAGED PEOPLE
Access to the restaurant may be denied to customers who present themselves at the time of entry, notoriously intoxicated. In this case, there will be no refund of amounts already settled at the time of booking.
PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
For privacy reasons and because there are clients that do not want to appear in the photos / videos of others, we ask that they avoid the capture of images and if they do, just do it at your table.
SEMAPHORES
Each table has a holder with 3 cards that define how you want to participate in dinner.
Viewing the Red Card: The dancers do not approach the table and that means they just want to watch the show.
Viewing the Orange Card: The dancers may approach the table but have to be moderate in approach.
Viewing the Green Card: Dancers can approach the table and interact with customers.
The DRESS-CODE / Clothing
Smart Casual attire is suggested (a harmonious and elegant look in terms of shades, colors, fabrics, shoes and accessories.)
CLAIMS AND RESOLUTION
If you have any complaints, please let us know immediately.
If you do not inform us about your complaint, our ability to investigate and resolve the problem will be greatly hampered. For this reason, and as long as there is no reason not to inform us of your complaint, we are not responsible for any complaints that are not directed to us by Email apoio@lingerieporto.com
